Prof. W.A.J.M. De Costa, Faculty of Agriculture had won the Outstanding Senior Researcher of the Field of Study 3: Biological Science/Agriculture/Allied Sciences of the CVCD Excellence Awards 2018 on 19.03.2019. He received the award from His Excellency, the President of Sri Lanka.
