iPURSE-F 2023 – The Panel discussion
The panel discussion is on the Economic crisis and its ripple effect on Sri Lankan Agriculture.
The panel discussion is moderated by Prof. Buddhi Marambe, a Senior Professor of the Department of Crop Science, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya.
Our panelists are,
- Emeritus professor, Prof. H.W. Cyril, Chairman of the National Livestock Development Board
- Dr. Herath Gunathilaka, Executive Director of the Center for Poverty Analysis.
- Dr. D.M.W. Weerakoon, Senior Agriculture Specialist at the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Sri Lanka
- Prof. Renuka Silva, Professor of Nutrition, at the Department of Applied Nutrition, Faculty of Livestock, Fisheries & Nutrition, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
