Genero Creative Expressions 2023

Gender Education and Women Initiative Unit (GEWIU) Of Department of Agricultural Extension , Faculty of Agriculture conducted GENERO creative expressions 2023, Creativity Competition for the undergraduates of University of Peradeniya based on the theme ‘Gender and Society’ to educate and improve the awareness about gender based diversity, fundamental values of gender and to reveal the gender related problems within the society. 

“Genero CE - 2023”  is the Poems, Short Stories and Memes  competition. All the interested students of University of Peradeniya are invited to participate at the “Genero CE - 2023”, the creativity competition in Sinhala, Tamil and English media. First, second and third places of each category in each medium will be selected by a panel of judges. The most popular ent

ry of each category will be selected based on Facebook votes. The winners will be awarded at the “Genero CE - 2023” Awarding Ceremony. All the participants will be given a valuable e-certificate.
