Trans fat content in Sri Lankan foods

A landscpe study on the trans fat in commonly available foods in Sri Lanka is carried out by the Department of Food Science and Technology, University of Peradeniya. The project is funded by the WHO and managed through the Agribusiness Center, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya. The project commenced in June 2019.
